  • Modification. Our attorneys will do everything possible to successfully renegotiate a client's residential or commercial contract with the lender or servicer, effectively keeping homeowners in their property, and allowing commercial property owners to retain their property.
  • Deed In Lieu. When the home value equals what is owed, a lender may agree to accept the deed in lieu of foreclosing. Attorney's will negotiate a deed in lieu, if it has been decided that this is the best course of action for the property owner.
  • Bankruptcy. If filing for bankruptcy is considered to be in the best interest of the Client, based on a careful review of our Client's financials, and after exploring and exhausting all other options, our attorney's will advise and assist the Client in the legal or filing process.
  • Litigation. When necessary to obtain relief for our Client's, an attorney in our network may refer a Client to a specialized litigation attorney who may elect to file suit against the lender.
